Hi this is Captain Chris Agardy with Thursday’s Boca Raton fishing report. Yesterday morning we went trolling along the dropoff on the big boat during calm seas and a South flowing current. The fishing was a bit slow, but we managed to land 6 bonitos and a 10 lb kingfish in front of Boynton Inlet. We were using mullet, ballyhoo, and bonito for bait. Most of the bites came about 1 to 2 miles offshore as we were trolling back and forth over several reef ledges. I expect the fishing to really heat up for sailfish, blackfin tuna, and mahi mahi as the Northeast winds pick up over the end of the week and the weekend. Give me a call to book a Boca Raton fishing charter today!
