*All charter reservations booked over the phone or booked online require a credit card authorization hold or $200 Venmo/Zelle/Cash deposit. If you cancel your charter within 2 weeks of the date of the trip, we will charge $200 deposit fee to your credit card on file. If you cancel within 1 week of the charter we will charge 100% of charter price. If there are thunder storms within 10 miles or sustained East winds over 20 knots at Lake Worth Pier Weather Buoy, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel due to medical reasons, there will be no refund of deposit.
