    Cancellation Policy

    If there is heavy rain threatening or lightning strikes within 10 miles of the boat at the time of the charter, the trip will be cancelled and all deposits will be refunded and credit card holds released. If the wind is blowing over 25 knots, the charter will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. If you cancel for any other reason within 2 weeks of the charter, the full amount of the charter will be charged to your credit card. We do not offer refunds for Covid-19 cancellations.
